I need to change the main greeting in our office voicemail system. When I check the voicemail it only allows me to change the personal greeting, not the main greeting. Do you know how I can get into that area of the setup?

Need to know that first.
You need to press 0 at the voicemaillogin prompt. If you dont have a button programmed you can dial Intercom-7-7-7. If the system is configured properly you will get the login prompt. You can then dial 0# for the admin login. The default password is 1234#
