You need to download the LG mobile Support tool. Download and install it on your PC. Then connect the phone with the help of USB. If new software is released then It will ask you to update.

Don't forget to back up your phone memory before updating including your contacts.

there must be some software problems.kindly restart the phone and use it. if still have the same problem kindly format the phone.. but make sure that don't give overload to the phone.. this will affect the performance of your phone.. this will fix the problem. if still have same problem then there must be hardware problems in the phone. kindly contact your customer service

clear ur sms inbox nd save all ur data in ur memory card nd if it doesnt solve then u have to upload nokia n72 software for hanging problem and simply change ur battery for battrey problem nd if doesnt help then its a hardware fault...thanx

Hi, Please delete temporary files cookies, and histroy and try to work.please check for the free space left, remove unwanted apllication, mails, and data. if stil it is working slow then please take backup of the important data, and waipe the handheld, if still it is working slow then reinstall the Device software using Desktop manager. you can downalod the software from blackberry.com. I hope this information will be helpful to you.

1) When you are using your phone memory to the fullest to store files.
2) When too many software are installed.

Transfer all the files from phone memory to the memory card, this might help,
Also, uninstall the unwanted / heavy software that you've installed in your phone.
