It may not be your graphics card... if it does not display video then it is not making it past POST (Power On Self Test) Implying that memory is the issue... Since you did not specify what motherboared you are using I cannot interpret that beep code for you. However I would start by Pulling the RAM out, Removing the CMOS Battery, Wait 30 seconds, then put it all back together.

If this is an additional card that you just added, remove it then load your BIOS. look for a switch between onboard video and PCI Express. If it is not there then it is a jumper on the motherboard you must find

3 log beeps on power on

Gigabyte doesn't list 3 long beeps as an error code, so I'm not sure if you're actually getting 3 short beeps or maybe 1 long and 2 short or... But, for reference, Gigabyte's error code list is as follows (depending on whether you have an AWARD BIOS or an AMI):

(AWARD BIOS)
1 short beep: System normal
2 short beep: CMOS Error
1 long beep and 1 short beep: Memory error
1 long beep and 2 short beep: Graphic card error
1 long beep and 3 short beep: AGP error
1 long beep and 9 short beep: Memory Error
Continuous long beep: Memory not correctly installed
Continuous short beep: Power supply unit failed

(AMI BIOS)
1 short beep: Memory Error
2 short beep: Memory parity check error.
3 short beep: Basic memory 64K address check error
4 short beep: Real Time Clock malfunction .
5 short beep: CPU error
6 short beep: Keyboard error
7 short beep: CPU interruption error
8 short beep: Graphic card error
9 short beep: Memory error
10 short beep: CMOS error
11 short beep: CPU cache memory malfunction

It might not be a lot of help, but it's somewhere to start... and at least this way you'll know what to be listening for.

My pc is booting but no display

Did you check your monitor with other system or individually. If it works fine in these conditions then the issue belongs to your pc.
First of all, you have to confirm that is it the problem of VGA itself or the motherboard. For this, you have to see that does system beep when you start it because system with beeps having the error and the beep sound with continuous or 2-3 beeps relate with different issues. I am going to write down the beep conditions.

THE RED LIGHT IS ON AND BEEPS EVERY MINUTE

What motherboard do you have? If you don't know, provice make and model of your system and maybe we can find out that way. Is it one long beep? Are there any other beeps and/or a sequence. A good place to start and alot of times, depending on your bios, 1 to 3 beeps means a problem with the RAM(memory). If you have more than 1 stick, you can pull them out, restart and if the beep is the same, you've probably found your culprit. You can then insert one at a time in one of your slots, then restart. If this works, you've found a good stick. If not, try another slot and restart, etc. Try all sticks in all slots.

My ECS 915 G-A elite group motherboard doesnot display anymore on the monitor..

have you tried to isolate what the cause of the problem? first check the video card if is properly inserted into the slot, and check the memory, and cable from CPU to monitor if it is connected properly. then boot your system. And try to observe this beep error code this might help you locate where the problem is.

short beep System is OK
2 short beeps POST Error - error code shown on screen No beep Power supply or system board problem Continuous beep Power supply, system board, or keyboard problem Repeating short beeps Power supply or system board problem
1 long, 1 short beep System board problem
