it not freezing because it cooling system must be damaged,you bought another cooling machine it has mini size and it fixed at the point of older cooling placce.

I think you have tell wrong model .
Please try find out the temperature controller. Your freezer should able to adjust temperature from 0 - 18 Deg. F

Yes, the freezer / refrigerator is a heat pump, it transfers heat from the inside to the outside.
Heat transfer effitiance is reduced if the outside is at hight temperature, so it is sudgested to allow free air flow for the back of the cooling device (where the radiator is )
