I cant remember any pin code, I set for my phone but it is been locked and I cant switch on it because it is asking for PUK code and saying pin code is blocked Pls help meh

You need to contact your cell phone service provider, they can give your PIN CODE when you provide your account details and when they have verified your identity.

look for your documentation from your SIM card (mobile operator cntract) and find PUK code. Then enter 3 times wrong PIN code. Phone will ask you for PUK, enter PUK and should be fine then.
The PUK code is not related to the handset. It is associated with your SIM card. When you enable the PIN in your SIM card, every time you switch on your
phone, you will be asked for your pin. At given number of tries
provided by your mobile operator, that you have provided the wrong PIN
(usually operators set it at 3 tries), then you came to the stage called
PUK-blocked.
To unlock, you would need the PUK code of the SIM card. The PUK code is
usually an 8-digit code. This PUK code should have been provided to
you when you purchased your SIM card. Some has the PIN-PUK code printed
in the card body of the SIM card, while some attach it as a separate
print out. Should your operator failed to provide this PIN-PUK code to
you, you would have to get it from your operator. Try calling
their customer service. Just like the PIN, the operator as well could
say how much tries do you have to successfully unblock the PUK of your
SIM .
Your PUK is listed on your account. You can call your customer service and they should be glad to provide that for you.
AT&T allows you to check that yourself if you log into your account online.
It's a rather long number so make sure you can see it clearly, or write it down before you sit down to type it in. NOTE: You only have 10 attempts to enter the PUK before it will lock your SIM permanently and you'll need to purchase another SIM to replace it.
Before trying the PUK (which is a PIN Unblocking Key), power your phone off and then back on. Then enter the PUK. Once you enter the correct code it'll ask you to enter a NEW PIN. Remember that one as that will be your new PIN.
If you get it wrong enough times it'll go to the PUK again.

PUK code in PIN UNLOCKING CODE, which is required when you give PIN number wrongly for 3 times, This code is OPERATOR specific and not phone specific and you have to call you operator and get PUK if PIN is blocked...
if you provide PUK code wrongly for 7 time, you sim may become useless, then you have to buy new SIM

you will have to "block" your card by putting in the wrong password 3 times,you will then be asked for a puk code,when putting in your puk code,you will be asked to put in a new pin number. ask your service provider for your puk code.
call ur mobile service customer care number and ask ur puk code from them...they will ask ur last 4digit sim card number...give tat number to them...they will give puk code ...use tat code and continue ur operation
You are usually only asked a PUK code when you enter something like the SIM Pin wrong multiple times. The PUK code, phone unlock code, and SIM pin code are all completely different things. The PUK code is only available from your wireless provider, however if you have AT&T, then you should be able to get it from their website by registering for MyAccount.
