I am having the same problem. I also dropped the phone. Only button that works is the red power on/off button. sometimes when I push a key it goes into voice record. The phone does allow me to answer calls. It also will work thru my GPS blue tooth connected in my vehicle. I have tried charging, and taking battery out, but no luck yet.

I am having the exact same problem. I did not drop mine however. The only button that works is the power button. When I do push the buttons, the phone shows, "Voice Record Memory Full"???? The phone does allow me to receive calls and does still work through my bluetooth. Guess after 3 years it's time for a new phone!

My end button doesn't work because I cleaned my phone with SOL-U-MEL. I'm an idiot. And it's 3:29 am and I've been searching the web to try and make it work.

No solution but mine did the same thing yesterday for the first time, however I didn't drop mine. Like you, the only button that works is the power button. So frustrating!

Panasonic kx-tc1282jxb no hang up

Some phones answer when picked up off the charger, but with some you must press the talk button to answer. Some have a green reciever on the button. And to hang up you must press the off button or the button with the red reciever.

I have the same problem. Was not dropped or water damage to my knowledge. Just the red button works. When I open it, though, it shows the asteriks key as being pressed which is under the #7 key. Any help would be greatly appeciated.
