First things first: DO NOT take any more videos or audio with the recorder that you want to recover files from in case you may quite possibly ruin your chances of voice memo file recovery.
Then connect your recorder to a PC with a recovery program installed. Photo Recovery Software (also recover Voice memos, audio and video files) is right what you need to use if you are running Windows. If you are Mac OS X users, turn to Data Recovery for Mac.
But you should remember - the more you use your recorder, the less likely you may be able to recover the deleted files back! So STOP using the device ASAP. Best regards!
Do you mean the erased file in the SD card of the device,if so, just have a try of Wondershare Date Recovery.Install this data recovery software and connecting the SD card reader to the you PC,just a few clicks and everything is back.
You can try this Panasonic Photo Recovery software which has helped me before. It retrieved 300 pictures and 20 video files from my Panasonic digital camera. The user manual says that it can also restore lost audio files from Panasonic audio/voice recorder. Good luck to you!

What have you done to this recorder after
the deletion?
The deletion process often would not
actually erase everything on this recorder. These deleted files are still there
and only become invisible and inaccessible. But, they are also so vulnerable that
they can be easily overwritten by anything new on this recorder.
So, I hope you have not written anything
new on it.

Unfortunately this recorder model is designed with flash memory and once the files are erased they are gone. There are some companies that do specialize in flash memory recovery (Olympus is not one of them). You can go to google and search for flash memory recovery specialists. However this is a very costly process as it involves sending the device to these companies for them to do the recovery process.

You may need to try some recovery software to rescue the audios, here are some for your option. You may not recover all the ones, but will recover most of them.

Note: Before your files are recovered, do not attempt to save more files to your digital voice recorder(memory card or stick) in case the original lost files are overwritten.
