My printer T630 wont feed the paper, if its full to the paper line it really doesnt work. We have tryed to lower the amount of paper in the trays and that doesnt work either. I go to print and it tells me...
The printer don't pick-up the paper, the cause is dirty roller. You can clean pick-up roller with a wet cloth with alcool.

Just replaced an OEM T632 with a reman. Black line down the left side of page. And it's on the back of the page also. Any suggestions
probable build up on the toner drum or a "sticky" spot on the silver bar on the toner drum, leading to build up of toner at that spot. Take the toner apart and clean.

I have a lexmark T630 and the fuser needed replacement, now the printer will print just fine with one problem. On every page that prints out there is about 2in from the left side of the paper light print....
Light print is usually caused by a bad charge roll or transfer roll. Can also be caused by a bad HVPS, which I hope is not. But try cleaning the charge roll. Check the transfer roll, it may have shifted all the way to the left. Hope this helps. If you need more assistance, leave a comment and I'll get back to it. Thanks.

first you take out toner cartridge and see if paper is jam in fussing unit otherwise open the back side door and take out fussing unit and clean the paper jam

If you are using the Postscript driver, switch to one of the PCL drivers. Either PCL or PCLXL.

If you are using PCL, switch to a different driver.

If all of the above fail, send me a Print to File so I can debug it.
