When i turn on my blackberry bold 9700,it shows white screen with application error 532 and reset. when i press reset button it turns on and off automatically.plz help me

Hi hafiz7779 ok you need to load the blackberry desktop manager onto yout computer or laptop and reload your phones apps back on to it. The desktop manager is going to save all your information and restore yout apps. plug the phone into the computer or laptop. It will ask you to backup your information and restore say yes. You wan the phone the way it was before the crash . fyi you need to blue disc that came with the phone or you will have to go on blackberry dot. if you don't know where it is. this will et your phone back for you.
