What you do is you go to google or what ever site yo use and type in ymail.com and it should pop try then until you get the one that says email and password and there you go!

    why does the poster need to go to google for goodness sake. why waste time going to a website that is nothing to do with the problem. ymail and rocketmail are yahoo so it makes complete sense to follow earlier advice to go straight to yahoo and sign in there and not go round the houses.

    You can't "Just enter the name and the password on the home page of yahoo." because there is nowhere to enter them on the yahoo home page.
    You either click on the sign in link on the yahoo home page or more simply, just log in at www.yahoomail.com
    Anyway, why are you wasting time answering queries that were resolved over a year ago?

The problem is not with the browser. While logging into a Yahoo mail account, there is an option below the user name and password known as "Keep me signed in". If this option is selected, you will remain logged in using the same account. Hence while logging in remove the check mark from the option and see if the problem continues.

Go to your yahoo website
www.yahoo.com OR (there may be something else after the com)
Sign in using your log in name and password
Click on the tab which says Mail.
Your Mail Box will open now
Click on the Inbox from the menu on the left (if it is not open yet)
Your emails will be listed on the screen.
Open any mail by clicking on it.
