PUK code and PIN Code:
Please don't try more than 3 times.If you try more than 3 times the Sim
will get locked.And it will ask for PIN code.Both these PUK and PIN code
can be given only by the network service provider. Please call the
network service provider of your mobile.And ask him to provide the PUK
code or PIN code.He will ask you some basic details like name,date of
birth for his verification.And he will provide you the PUK and
PIN code.This is done for free of cost.

If you forgot the PIN of your phone, don't worry, PIN is for your simcard (USIM), it is ok to block it. After 3 consecutive unsuccessful attempt it will prompt with or ask the PUK code, this code will unblock the PIN of your SIM, you have to enter the correct PUK so that it will ask you to enter your new PIN code. Only our Network providers can provide the PUK codes, however, it is sometimes indicated or printed on the SIMCARD package or the Card case itself.
