I just bought a watch its number is ADH4017 i believe its the peach tree watch,something like that. its neon yellow, anyway i cant find the settings to change the time. can somebody please help me i looked on the website under instruction manual but still nothing

If you have to ask, it's a copycat. If you bought it on eBay, it's fake. The numbers are not known to Google. They are a cheap watch anyway, so just enjoy it.

You can use glow in the dark paint for numbers so they will glow too. Not sure if it will look that good but check out glow in the dark paint reviews and maybe go get some to try it out. I just don't really get it, why you want to change something. I mean, those watches look good enough in my opinion. Anyway, if you are a DIY enthusiast, you may enjoy the process of modifying the watch.

There should be a small button at 2 o'clock on the side of the case that will advance the date hand on position each time it is pressed.

Check with the repair service directory here at fixya, bottom of this page, click on repair service directory then watches see if someone can order the manual for you.

Hello Bob, Mike D75 here, The day of the week can be changed by pulling out the stem to set, every second time to 12"Oclock--2 O'Clock will cause the day to change.

Watches fall into two basic categories - quartz and mechanical. If you bought a quartz watch that is battery powered you need to set the watch and push the crown in all the way to start the watch. Sometimes you need to remove a small plastic piece from the stem to push it in all the way. If you bought a mechanical watch, even if it is an automatic self-winding model, you will need to manually wind it to get it started. If you are still having problems take it back tot he dealer for a demonstration or to have the battery replaced if required. An instruction sheet and warranty card is packaged with almost all new watches. Sorry I can't be more specific but if you care to share the make and model number I may be able to help you further.

You can get a set of instructions from the Adidas web site. Type in "www.adidas.com/campaigns/watches_fw07/content/index.asp?" into your search engine and the page should be showing a menu on the left which includes "instruction manuals".

Click on this and a list of instruction diagrams appear, choose the one that is similar to yours. If you cannot find it there, follow the instruction at the top of the page.

Probably your watch has a screwdown crown and prior to attempt any settings you have to unscrew it. Some peoples fingers are stronger then others, so, try that with a pair of plyers. Cover your crown with a soft cloth and then grip with plyers(this will avoid any damage). Thread is right handed and unscrewing is done by turning the crown anticlockwise.
After setting the time don't forget to screw the crown back- it is for water resistance.
If you are unable to unscrew the crown, that means your watch is rusty and you will need watchmakers help.
PS If the watch is rusty, you can brake the crown off while trying to unscrew it. Don't panic yet, as in this case you will need a watchmaker anyway.
