when u press *#06# your phone shows imei and imeisv no. , so actually only one sim has a valid imi no. so u have to to a valid imei installation shop n have to get a valid imei installed
Its a service provider locked phone try to unlock it with unlocking device (UFS-3 or JAF) or if u know the operator code u can send me with ur phone IMEI i'll fix it
