the service was discontinued. "The Flipnote Hatena website and Flipnote Hatena for Nintendo DSi ended on May 31, 2013." http://en.flipnote.hatena.com/thankyou
Flipnote Hatena shut down, but I made my own after reverse-engineering it. I call it Sudomemo (after my username, Sudofox, so Sudofox + Ugomemo).
Here: sudomemo net
I do not know of a way to do this unless you were to capture the video itself from the DSi. In other words if you are able to rip a video of the flipnote then you are good. But as it stands there is no way to hook it up to a smartboard
yes.. you can still have one.. just buy a new one.. specifically, DSi.. because it have cameras and you can make flipnotes which you can share it to the internet.. at flipnote.hatena.com :D
Find the Nintendo DSi Shop icon from your Nintendo DSi Menu, and tap it. Once inside the Nintendo DSi Shop, tap "DSiWare," then tap "FREE"
applications. You will find Flipnote Studio there, available to download
at no cost. Tap "Download." Once the download is completed, return to the Nintendo
DSi Menu. Tap the gift box icon that appears, and get ready to start
animating!
Hi, there could be a possible way for the flipnote studio, but as for the photos and other data, they are most likely gone. The flipnote studio has a way to save online. If your grandson saved them online, their always on there and they don't get deleted.
