My bezel was completely stuck and I found a simple home solution that really worked! Simply wedge a strand of dental floss underneath the bezel. I used a strong floss called from Johnson & Johnson called Reach Total Care. Have someone wear the watch so it is steady and secure. Make sure to pull the floss so it goes completely under the bezel (rather than stopping near the edge). I repeated it a few times around every area of the bezel until it went through smoothly. The bezel works like new. Good luck!
The reason the bezels get tight then stick is because after alot of wear and abuse it gets full of dirt, hair and really nasty junk you could not even imagine...take it to a reputable watch shop and ask them to take off the bezel and clean under it

I have the same problem. The bezel on my luminox 3000/3900 wont turn. I bought this watch used for $85 and am wondering if they made some older models that came with non-ratcheting bezels.
Also, the lug on my watch (used to change date/time) is really stiff. I had to pry on it a bit with my pocket knife to get it to pull out so I could change the time. When I had the lug pulled out it looked like it was bent almost. Now I know why it was $85... You get what you pay for when buying used items!
