You can attempt to reset the water level, but it sounds like that system is malfunctioning and going to require service.

My hotpoint aquarius wd440 washing machine - flashing lights ?

I have a fairly new Hotpoint Aquarius machine (out of guarantee).
When it is switched on, all of the red lights flash and it will not operate.
Can you help please ??

If the water is coming in after cycle has finished, then it is 1 of 2 possibilities.
1- A faulty inlet valve, replace it.
2-Water is syphoning back from the sink if it is connected to the sink waste outlet pipe, raise washer outlet hose higher up to solve problem
