The LCD flex connector is very sensitive. 4/5 of the RAZR screens I see go out are due to a loose flex connection. It's super easy to fix it. Take off the battery door. There are two T6 screws. Take them out and pop off the bottom of the phone. There are two flex cables: one for the keypad, the other for the screen. Connect the flat cable (screen cable) first. Then connect the bent (keypad) cable. Put back together. Voila.
they really will fix it but make sure to bring it on a certified motorola service center. where are you from anyway? search online the service centers nearest to your area. then you can call them first hand to prepare the necessary parts on ur phone. it'll probably cost a lot though. In the philippines, a keypad for example costs P450 already (in certified service center, that is in SM north cyberzone).
Use Motorola Phone Tools (MPT) to backup your phone to a computer. You can reload to a new phone if you have to go that route. From what your describing you just need to replace the flex cable.
