There may be Hardware failure Problem or Software problem.
To solve this first try to renew your mobile software it may get solved if there is software problem. if it not solved then check the motherboard with Multimeter there may be problem with boot IC or Any track is open or Damaged so please check all parts on motherboard. please Do it if your a technician then only try this if your not then dont try this thing if you tried it then may be your mobile will be ded so Please do not try.

this is becoz of virus...You just install antivirus on your mobile and scan your mobile...Then restart your mobile.. This will get over....Otherwise connect your mobile to PC thatr having license anti virus and scan your mobile as a drive ... problem will get solved...
