Touch screen & key board with stick does not respond

My HTC P3300 touch screen at boottom & top side & key board with stick does not respond

    Dear Sir,

    Please note that any video/audio output file having the extension *.asf,wma,wmv,DVD video,avi,3gp,wav,mpeg,mp3,midi,auff, au is not being displsyed by my HTC P3300.

    Is there any software available to support above said formats.If yes, please suggest.

Try aligning the screen...
settings > screen > general > Align Screen

If that doesn't work try hard reset... i.e.
press the two soft keys and the reset button using stylus...

If its still not working do soft reset:
settings > system > Clear storage
but remember to take back up of phone before doing this..as it will erase all your data...

and do tell me if it worked or not...

    Dear Sir,
    I wold like to know about the my mobile. Actually, my htc p3300 mobile screen touch does not work so, how to unlock the mobile if screen touch does not work. please sir suggest me about this problem and solve it out by suggest me.
    Hope I get the solution about this problem.

When i put on my HTC P3300 phone, it **** up to windows mobile and then stop, it doesn't show the Today screen, so i cant access the phone.
do a hard reset, beware all data like contacts will be deleted, press to soft keys the keys with a dash_, pres power utton also then use stylus and press reset switch on side,
some message will be displayed, now leave power switch and other keys and press green call button,
your phone will load software.

In my htc p3300 smart phone they are showing align screen from 1 hour it is asking tap the target firmly and accurately at each location on the screen.
Remove the batrtery while the Phone is turned on.
Reinstart.
it will reload defaults

Screen not responding to touch
Hi,
I would suggest kindly take it in for repairs, as the screen looks to the source of the problem. It would require specialise tools to open the same. Since its under one year it would be better , if you can get serviced under warranty.

Htc p3300 not opening
It looks like the phone software had been damaged. Try to do first a factory setting reset from phone setting menu.
If this does not fix it you can try downloading phone software update, probably this will sort it out.

Touch Screen does not respond to anything.
HI,
Have you tried to reset the Phone to factory defaults. To do this you need to keep the left and right (-) pressed and with the stylus press the reset button on the left. This would take the phone to factory reset.
If the screen still does not work its time to get it serviced and repair centre. Most probably it would have to replaced.
