If you look under your dash you will see a black box very small on the arm of the break peddle. As you press the break down the switch has a small button that releases causing the break lights to come on and you release the breaks the toggle switch is pressed back in to turn the break lights off. The wire that goes to the break switch may have backed out wiggle the wire and press in gentley get some one to check the breaks if this does not work the switch is most likely bad,,,,,also check your fuses

GOOD LUCK

Tail lights work but break lights do not work

Chack the break light switch which on my car is on the break tank. There should be 2 wires going to the switch. If you short them out and the lights work then replace break light switch.
It might be the earth connection to break lights. If there is an earth lead remove clean and replace. Then give the connection a coat of paint.

Tail break lights don't work. Window break light does work however. Bulbs have been replaced.

Check the brake light fuse. The high mounted brake light (third brake light) is on a different circuit than the brake lights. Hope this helps.

My flasher work but brake light not work just roof lighting went aply brake

Chk. fuse, emergency flashers, and middle break light, and the other break lights are on seperate curcit (a fuse for each), if fuse is ok than it could be break light switch, witch is located under dash on steering colume and works off break peddel arm.

Break light problem

Do you know if the brake light bulbs are working? (are the bulbs good?). (the bulbs have two parts, one for brake lights the other for running lights)
If the third brake light bulb is working the brake lights should be with good light bulbs.
