On most watches, you can only get replacement bands that fit the style of watch through the original vendor. You will have to contact Puma and be ready with the case #s on the back of the watch. Good luck.

Check with the repair service directory here at fixya, bottom of this page, click on repair service directory then watches see if someone can order the manual for you.
Press and hold the button on the upper left until it displays "HOLD" then wait 'til the light goes out, you'll see the hour-digit blinking, set the hour you want, then for the minutes, press the lower left button. Press and hold the upper left button to set the desired time.
