My freezer does not have the suction sound when the door closes and the alarm sounds constantly

I see that your door ajar alarm is going off when the door is closed to your Frigidaire freezer. It sounds like a possible issue with the control panel or switch. Temperature acoustic alarm

I understand that the temperature alarm light is on for your Frigidaire freezer, model# FFU21M8CW. This feature is designed to provide a warning of a possible malfunction. If the temperature of the food rises to a level unsafe for long-term storage, the buzzer will sound. The red light, if equipped, will also glow. The Temp Alarm feature operates on household electricity. If power fails, the alarm will not function. An ON/OFF switch allows you to deactivate the Temp Alarm when not wanted. Your freezer is shipped with the Temp Alarm in the OFF position. After your freezer has run approximately 4 hours, the red light, if equipped, will go off. Then you may activate the Temp Alarm without the alarm sounding. Press the ON switch to activate the Temp Alarm. To deactivate, press the OFF switch. If the alarm sounds, be sure freezer is properly leveled, and the door closes freely, and seals properly. If you suspect a technical malfunction, call an authorized servicer immediately. The on/off switch is only for the alarm. Some people do not want the buzzer to sound for them. If your buzzer is going off then the temperature in the freezer is too warm. It usually means the door was not closed all the way or there is a malfunction in the cooling system. Check the door and seal, make sure it is closing all the way around. If it is and the alarm does not stop on it's own then you will need service done on the unit.

I suspect a bad fan motor, door switch, or not defrosting.The suction when door closes is caused by the low temperature created when working properly.

replace the battery in the grill or the hi-voltage control under the unit in the back
