On my sylvania smpk4099 how do I adjust the volume

(its been a while since you've posted this so I am pretty sure you figured it out but just in case you haven't) you hold down on the play button (while listening to a song) until the volume control shows up on the bottom and then use the fast forward, rewind buttons to adjust. you can also hold down the menu button (while still listening) and it will take you into the EQ options.
