That is still under warranty, you have done all that you can within reasons. Call Lowes.

just click on the not agree button and see what happens If it insists then send a report to the local privacy authority as it is illegal to demand other persons e- mails.

Also, make sure that you have paper in the the feeder.

If the battery is charged and the cables are clean, you are probably hearing the starter solenoid on the starter trying to engage.
If the starter can not be jumped directly, I would agree the starter is faulty.

Using a paper clip press the reset button on the bottom of the unit. Upon reboot it will work properly. It happens every once in a while, so I attached a paperclip on the power cord for times when it freezes, Luckily not often.

your keyboard controller may be the one damaged not the keyboard itself.

try a usb keyboard (although prey the lord you have usb support and it is enabled by default on your bios)

I believe simply pushing the reset button will fix your problem. The reset is located under the frame around the screen. To remove the frame, use your finger nail to carefully lift it off the screen. Then just push the reset button and you should be back in business.
