You need to cycle the on/off toggle switch every time you use it....I know...stupid feature eh? Solution? Go into the options and change the "no enable" option to the opposite of the default setting, and you'll be great!
if it is the 3.5 liter v6 then the thermostat will be at the top of the engine where the radiator hose hooks up to the engine there will be a short pipe where radiator hooks up and two or three bolts holding it to the engine it is not under the plastic intake plenum it is forward of that .
