Commercial Freezers Does one company stand out?  Traulsen, True or TurboAir?  I have to buy 3 70 cu ft. freezers for storing archival film (140 boxes).  I think I want a top mounted compressor but can't find any reviews of these manufacturers and there warranties are all the same.  Help!

I have worked in a lot of kitchens and don't really have a preferance. The top mounted compressor is better for you as it is easier to service and leaves more cabinet room. Dirt and dust also stay near the floor. YOu won't have to clean the filter as often up high The disadvantage to this in a kitchen is that kitchens are hot and up high is hotter still. Order a cheaper model. No glass doors, no stainless steel. You don't need these features.
