My phone is stuck at the loading screen, and it keeps staying at the verizon booting screen.. i've tried taking out the battery, charging it, and pressing the power button, but none worked. help! my phone is the enV 3.

Soohyungi Hi it sounds like the phone was doing a software update and it crash . You may be able to get it working again by taking out the battery but not put back on the phone, Plug the phone into the charger. Next I need you to look at the contacts on the phone see if they have any corrison on them. Now take a clean tooth brush one that hasn't been use. CLEAN the contacts and the charging port area . See if there is any dirt in the phone.If you can't get the phone to work go to a verizon corp store and let them take a look at it for you . Software crashes ocurr when thwe phone is in the middle and someone calls you . Hope this helps
