I recently tried to turn the old work 'javelin viper' into a remote access pc ( from my office to the work area, thus removing the 'damage factor') i cannot find any support for it, ie programs for my pc, it won't even connect through the t 100 card. what can i do? where can i find support?

It is basically a PC, if you format it you will lose everything on the harddrive. You then need to install whatever stock management software you want on it.

sounds like your printer buffer may be running out of memory. Try turning the file into a PDF and printing that instead.

Card readers build up magnrtic particles from the cards they read . u might try cleaning it with a blank card that has a rough surface/ladened with alcohol, or a very small q-tip ladened with alcohol to remove the dirt and magnetic residue. too much built up residue can cause, loss of reading ability, and lost sensitivity between the card and the reader.

use a usb cd drive and set your computer bios to boot from the cd
