Do you know how to reset the Attention light on a HP officejet 4315v All in one that is getting the error: Cartridge Error: ...Cartridge on left is not intended for this printer... This cartridge has been in for weeks working fine...

I can not get the scanner to scan currently. It says it is Offline, even after I select the device. I thought I could troubleshoot it myself by reinstaling the software, but it says to uninstall the device, but I can not do so, as I do not know the IP address. Please advise.

Try below resets

Power Drain:

• Turn OFF the printer, disconnect the power cable from backside of the printer and from wall outlet.
• Press and hold the Power button for 60 seconds.
• Connect the cable and turn ON the printer.

• Remove the power cable from back side of the printer while its ON.
• Press and hold "#" and "3" button, while holding them both insert the power cable and release the button after 10 seconds.
• If printer turns OFF, press power button to turn it ON.

• Remove the ink cartridges.
• Remove the power cable from back side of the printer while its ON.
• Press and hold "#" and "6" button, while holding them both insert the power cable and release the button after 10 seconds.
• If printer turns OFF, press power button to turn it ON.
• Insert the ink cartridges.

• Remove the ink cartridges.
• Remove the power cable from back side of the printer while its ON.
• Press and hold "OK" and "Cancel" button, while holding them both insert the power cable and release the button after 10 seconds.
• If printer turns OFF, press power button to turn it ON.
• Insert the ink cartridges.
