My phone is not switching on.when i asked to the service center they told me that the phone is having some strip problem.when i asked to replace it they told that they will not give guarantee for new strip(motorola v3i)

if the phone is in warranty then goto the service center and update software.
if problems remains same then change the strip of the mobile from nokia service center.
why dont u approach Samsung authorised Service center?
Or find the right part from ebay.com, will not be that expensive , u will get the part from ebay which will even give u the instruction on how to change that part.
before all this why dont u try a new battery in it?
if u really went to any nokia support center who's specified for fixin' the nokia phones they'll tell u that the logic circuit is down i had tha same problem and the phone center (RA'A) in egypt have fixed my phone for only 300 EP = 52.99 Dollars so go and check it out
