I follow set up for wireless connection then message saying internal error has occured (80410A0B) CAN YOU HELP
Thank you so much!
it worked
after like forever of trying!
your the best!
Are you using a router? If so, I can help you. I had this problem too. I just recently fixed it. You can try what I did...
Go to your 'Settings' > to 'System Settings' > to 'Restore Default Settings'.
Once you've completed Restore, go back to 'Settings' again > then 'Network Settings' > then select 'Infrastructure Mode' > 'New Connection' > 'Scan' > select your Internet connection...
Then, you should see the 'SSID' screen, don't change anything here, just click on your right directional button...
Then, your next screen should be 'WLAN Security Setting', click on the right directional again...
>>If you have set up a security password for your Internet connection in the past, then enter that password in 'WEP Key' (which is your next screen) If no password was created, 'WEP Key' screen will be skipped taking you to 'Address Settings'.
Select 'Easy' in 'Address Settings'
Then 'Enter the connection name' should be the next screen. I recommend to leave as is.
'Setting List' should be your next screen, click right directional again, and press "X" to save settings.
You may test your connection if you wish, but once it's done, go back to 'Settings' > 'Network' > 'Internet Browser'. It should be fixed now if not, try resetting your modem and/or router.
If it still does not work, call Sony (800-345-7669)
Good luck!
