Transfer the data in MIDI format. The BUP format is a proprietary format to the keyboard and can ONLY be played by the keyboard. Either dump the data as MIDI format or using a MIDI interface send it to the PC or lastly, capture the audio using an audio interface on the PC.

HOW CAN I PLAY BUP FILE IN MY COMPUTER WHICH I TOOK FROM MY YAMAHA I425

The BUP file is proprietary format for each model Yamaha keyboard. Your best solution is to export via MIDI interface and use that format.

How can I transfer a 06PK61.bup file to a Yamaha YPT400 keyboard?

The BUP files are yamaha's proprietary back up file format.
Having the appropriate drivers installed, once you make the usb connection from computer to keyboard (yamaha), you should now be able to navigate the Yamaha's files as if it were a drive on your computer. I recommend placing the file in a directory with similar files.
Make a backup beforehand to avoid and problems.

I want to use my sd card to put my own songs and when i change the song from an MP3 to MIDI file using the program WIDI 3.3 Pro. When i put the MIDI file which is the song, into the Sd card and then into...

You need to understand what the program is doing.
An MP3 file is a recorded music performance like a phonograph record. A MIDI file is a set of instructions for performing music, like sheet music. The converter program is an attempt to turn the record into sheet music. There is no perfect way to do that. You should have gotten something out of the program, though. It sounds more like a computer problem. Try a very simple sound file, convert it to MIDI, and see if you can get something out. If your keyboard can't read it, try putting any known good MIDI file on the card and read that. Possibly your keyboard will only read certain formats or sizes or speeds of cards. See if the manual tells you anything. It might read FAT16 regular speed cards under 1 GB, for instance, and balk at a SDHC 16 GB NTFS formatted card. So, do some detective work.

How to store music we play on yamaha psr i425??? and how to transfer dat to pc? plz help

You will need the CDROM that should have come with the keyboard when you purchased it. On it will be the drivers that need to be on the computer for it to use the usb. The link to the manual is here:http://www2.yamaha.co.jp/manual/pdf/emi/english/port/psri425_en_om_a0.pdf Please look at page 86. If you don't have the CDROM you may be able to download what you need by contacting Yamaha by email through this link and asking:http://www.global.yamaha.com/support/contact.php I hope this helps.

I have yamaha PSR-i425 keyboard.can i conect it with my pc to play midi files stored in computer memory?

Yes. You will need to have a MIDI interface on your OC and also select in the sounds control panel of windows that you are using the external synth. The MIDI will expect the PSR to respond to the "general MIDI" assignments.

I have PSR-i425 Keyboard from Yamaha. I stored the music piece played by my in the keyboard memory. After that I downloaded the stored file to my PC The file is in this format: 06PK61.BUP. Kindly tell me...

The BUP is an archiving format proprietary to the Yamaha apparently containg styles as well as note data and conversion is really not easy.

If you can get the instrument itself to spill out MIDI and use a MIDI interface and software to capture it on the PC is the best plan.

Once it is in SMF format you can play it on the PC.
