The first thing you should do is to narrow down the problem you are experiencing, If the flash code looks like the flash code for the charger plugged in check to verify this at the following link:

You either have a VSI controller or remote plus joystick with the Jazzy 1103 Ultra.
If you have an off-board charger unplug the charger and turn the chair off and on to clear the error code. If you have an on-board charger that is inhibiting the chair from driving you need to unplug it in the rear electronics area to see if that clears the error. If you have tracked the problem to the charger or charger wiring it is a matter of replacing that component.
