Mine did the same. I'd love to know if you find a place to get replacements! I'm tired of using tools to turn it on.

The washer runs too long. is there a setting to reduce the time it washes

If it is the mechanical knob control style, then you can set the knob anywhere from 4 to 18 minutes of wash time even if there are no actual numbers; just move the dial further aling the washperiod space of the dial. If it is elelctronic, you are at the mercy of the controls. Some electronic units have a control that allows you to vary the time and others do not. Goodluck, Macgvior

Whirlpool Stlye Master does not spin ---- what is

This is more than likely the contact to the relay if not the relay switch itself. Wiggle wires on motor and try that.

I can not find model number or serial number on my roper gas dryer

NOTE: Some of the parts shown may not be for your appliance
The model number from your search was either missing or incomplete.
· Choose the best fit from the Model Number box to the left, or
· Check your appliance again to obtain a more complete model number
· To continue without a model number, use Narrow Your Search options
· Some models always have 3 numbers first, like this (123.456789)
// Model Number Locator Tips
1. A zero in the model number might be the letter O.
2. A lower case L might be a 1.
3. Some models have 3 digits and a period first, like this 555.66666666
Look for an aluminum tag--or a silver and white adhesive label in the locations illustrated below. The model number may be printed or stamped onto the tag and may be printed in different type sizes. NOTE: There may be partial model numbers on marketing stickers or in the owner's manual. These are often incomplete. For best results use the model number from the tag. Whirlpool Style Master 4214164 8 cycle 2 speed -

Don't have a solution but I water down my fabric softener before putting it in machine, especially if you have soft water. AS it tends to gum up because you need to use so little. Hope this helps a littel
