The connection is to the web site, not the unit itself. Sometimes the firewall blocks the connection. Disable the firewall momentarily and try it. Once your computer sees that this is a good connection, you can re-enable the firewall wall. This worked for me......
The Eject button appears when a Leapster2 handheld is connected and
turned on. When you have finished configuring the Leapster2 handheld and
your child wants to play with it, you can click the Eject button to
disconnect the device. Once ejected, a message will appear letting you
know that it is safe to disconnect the Leapster2 handheld from the
computer. It is not really a "button" but a picture of a green button which says "EJECT". It should be located on the upper right corner of your screen.
Your battery is losing voltage too quick. It has probably developed a 'memory'. Dyson claims that their handheld has the best suction out of all the handhelds out there. In order to maintain that claim the circuit board will shut off power to the motor when the voltage drops below adequate charge for full suction. We need someone who can teach us to bypass that part of the circuit so it won't cut power to the motor or you need to replace the battery. Shorting the battery like an Aircraft battery then re-charging won't fix it.
