ok your monitor is a separate issue and start by checking the blue signal lead from the back of the monitor because for some reason the monitor isn't getting any images to show
1.After turning on the projector, press "+" and "-" buttons on the control panel simultaneously for 3 seconds and release the buttons when screen goes blank.
2 Press "+" and "-" buttons again to exit the diagnostic mode.
3 While in Self-diagnostic mode, the screen will run a seven-color-cycle test as following: Red--> Green--> Blue--> White--> Watchet Blue--> Dark Green--> Yellow.
Ensure that the colors of the test pattern are correct.
Contact Dell if the colors are not displayed correctly.
One or two of your color guns are failing. On a CRT, there are three color guns, Red, Green, Blue. They work together to produce all colors in the spectrum. If the monitor goes all one color, it generally means at least one color gun is failing. The cost to repair far exceeds the value of the monitor or the price of a new LCD panel.

basically we use RGB color system so it contains color like red green and blue....in ur web cam settings u only increased the content of red color and u decrease the content of green and blue...so pls take ur settings and put all three colors to a same number...it means u have number from 1 to 100 and u can give the red green and blue colors up to this limit....so put green in 32 and red in 30 and blue in 32......then it will b corrected
Are you using component cables (red/green/blue)? Check your connections to see that they are all seated properly. When using component cables, if only the green is plugged in, it will give you a black and white picture. You will get color once you plug in the red and blue.
