Think applications need to be uninstalled in addition to the reset

goto sony ericsson website and click on SUPPORT link and download the software, and follow the instructions after installing it on ur pc and then It will prompt u to connect the phone thru USB and it takes 30mins to update ur phone software.

Hi,

Have you tried to turn on the call volume? On the right side of the phone you will see two buttons, up and down.

Try making a call. Then, while on the call and before you hang-up, press the button on the right side of your phone, the one with the arrow pointing up. You will see a volume indicator on the screen. If you press the up button again and again the volume will go up until it reaches a satisfactory level.. Perhaps your volume is set to very low.
