Polaroid ttm-2401 TV is at the most 3yrs old. Worked fine yesterday 6/21/08 left to go to work, 4 hour shift, came home and there was a fine vertical strip down the center. Sound is fine. Turned TV off and back on, picture came on but went back to the thin line (probably 1/2 inch to 1 inch). Picture has come back a few times but not for long.

I'm having the exact same problem! I thought maybe one of my kids dropped a magnet in or near the TV or something, but I didn't see anything like that. I unplugged the TV overnight, but that doesn't seem to work either. I can hear the TV and change the channels, but there is still just a thin vertical line down the center of the TV while the rest of the screen is black. Does anyone have any suggestions?
