To fix this you will need: a #1 screw driver

be sure to mark polarity (on pack) of batteries before removal of them from wireless charging pack.

you will need a manual charger for the green AAA nimh batteries taken from the pack

once charged replace them back into the wireless rechargeable pack

they should recharge again without fail, once they have been discharged.

that's all there is to it.

I have an energizer dock charginig system for my Wii remotes. and after a few minutes of inserting one of them, the red light begins flashing and it does not charge the remote. Model PL 7522

I Sell the exact units at my shop and the great thing about them is its warranty they have a 2 year limited warranty on them go to http://www.pdp.com for more info on this as well. this was taken from their website

"
1. Should your charge station's lights start blinking before or after you have placed the Wii remote controllers, it may be an issue with the batteries and not the charge station itself. We recommend first that you switch the batteries around for each controller and place them to be charged again for a period of time. If this isolates the problem to the battery we can send a replacement battery pack to you. Should this not clear the problem and the blinking continues you could take the product back to the store or to send it back to us so that it can be exchanged for a replacement unit.
2. If after being left in charge mode for a full charging cycle and the batteries do not fully charge, or hold a charge, then contact us for a replacement."

hope that helps and please feel free to thumbs up if your satisfied or even better write a testimonial!!! thanks and good luck

The lights on the charge station are both blinking quick flashes of green without a remote on it - when I put the remote on it, there is no change in the blinking lights. I have no idea what's wrong - can...

Try contacting Nyko company to see if they have any solution. www.nyko.com I have the same charge station and discontinued using it because it would not charge my controllers after only a few months of use.

My wii remote charger keeps blinking red while charging the remotes

@VentureForth

You're an idiot. The flashing red light is ON HIS CHARGER FOR HIS WIIMOTES. So why the hell would it be a sync issue with the wiimotes and the wii console? READ the WHOLE question before making yourself look stupid.

After charging the wii remotes in the base until

I don't think you are doing anything wrong, just the setup you are useing is'nt as effective as you would like.

I use the energizer rechargeable (NiMH) batteries with the energizer 15 minute charger. The other batteries and chargers just don't seem to work as well. I get several hours of play time on a single charge, where I was only getting about 1/2 hour to an hour with the others. **No I am not a paid endorser, I just use and like the product!**

Hope this helps, please let me know how you end up or if I can help more.

Wii remote lights blink but it doesn't turn on or work

Turn The System on and open the slot next to the disk tray Then press the red button after that open the battery.Don't take the batterys out but press the red button next to the batterys. That will get you syncronized and you wiil never have to connect the remotes the old fashion way.Just press 1 and 2 when the console turns on and you wil be ready to play.

Wii Remotes are not working.

Be sure to follow this procedure in order:

Note: Make sure you have placed batteries in the Wii Remote.

  1. Press the Power button on the Wii console to turn it on.
  2. Remove the battery cover on the back of the Wii Remote you wish to sync up, and press the SYNC button just below the batteries. The Player LED will blink.
  3. Open the SD Card Slot cover on the front of the Wii console and press the SYNC button on the inside of the compartment.
  4. When the Player LED blinking stops, the syncing is complete. The LED that is illuminated indicates the player number (1 to 4).
If that doesn't work, try putting fresh non-rechargable alkaline batteries in the remote and repeat the above procedure. The culprit may actually be your batteries.

Wii remotes will not stay on

1. Press the Power button on the Wii console to turn it on.
2. Remove the battery cover on the back of the Wii Remote you wish to sync up.
3. Remove the battery pack & install regular batteries.
4. On the back of the Wii remote press the SYNC button just below the batteries. The Player LED will blink.
5. Open the SD Card Slot cover on the front of the Wii console and press the SYNC button on the inside of the compartment.
6. When the Player LED blinking stops, the syncing is complete. The LED that is illuminated indicates the player number (1 through 4).
7. Quickly remove the batteries and reinsert your Battery Pack.
8. Return to Step 2 for each other remote.

You may run into this issue any time your battery pack has a 0% charge left in it for a duration. Try to keep them charged to prevent it from occuring in the future.
