My LG BL20 keeps turning off no matter how much % of the battery which is left.... The phone lays still on my desk, when it happens. I've checked if it has something to do with the battery itself; if the connection between the battery and the phone causes it to shut off. But I haven't seen anything. I've sent the phone to the workshop 3 times now, but they haven't managed to detect the error. Has anyone other than me had the same problem? If yes please tell me what you've done to fix it, or what the store or workshop told you! I'm so sick of this.... :(

My phone did the same thing, and i took it to verizon and pretty much told me to screw myself. I looked online and someone said alcohol bath. I took the battery out put the phone in a bowl of rubbing alcohol for an hour. THen i let it dry by the window for an hour overnight and boom it was fixed. No more problem

I had the same problem even after I exchanged the phone for a new one. The problem seems to be related to Mobile TV and the SD memory. When I removed my 2GB SD memory, the problem has not reoccurred. I recently installed a 512MB SD memory chip and so far I have not experienced the problem.

I took out the battery on a lg verizon phone oops put it back in now black nothing ?? There must be some sort of way to replace the battery that reinitializes it any help

I have an LG VU and I get the same message using the LG software. I think it is pretty much useless for a lot of LG phones. Try connecting with just a data cable. The pc should recognize your memory card as an external drive, and then you can transfer your files quite easily back and forth.

all you do is go into your security and settings and reset the phone. it will turn the phone on and back off again. but this should fix the problem and restore the ability to get into your display settings, as well as view your date and time.
