My Keurig Elite B40 will not draw water in to be heated. I turn it on, I add water, place reservoir back in, turn it on and water just starts coming out into the cup. I do not have the k cup thing shut or locked at this point, as I'm waiting for it to start heating. It never does. Just cold water coming out immediately. Thank you

use descaling product not vinegar ,vinegar remove calcium in little piece descaler melt calcium 1 part descaler 1 part water fill water container start machine for a few second turn off let it seat for 15 minute repeat untill empty to reset the lightnormally its maneer of pressing the on button

Lift the handle to open the k-cup holder and then close it back up. The coffee mug lights should begin to blink for you.
