I bought a cameramate about a year ago and just now getting around to using it. When I enter the serial number during installation, I get a message that says serial number is invalid and it will not let me go any further. What do I do about this?

This is where it gets to be fun. Zio is owned by Microtech. I checked their support site and they had no drivers available for download. Here is a link to their support website:

I was using the serial nimber off the back of the cameramate device. It did not work. After reading your response, I tried using the number off the back of the installation cd and got the same message that the number is invalid.
I also am unable to install this product. The serial number is denied.
i cant get the serial number to pass the thing without a failure coming up. i used the serial number on the back of the device but it gave me an error and i have no serial number on the disk.
Are you using the serial number on the back of the installation cd?
