Some makeup can clog your pores and make acne worse, but that's where careful selection and proper usage comes into play. A few studies have shown non-comedogenic and non-irritating makeup formulated for acne-prone skin is safe to use. I would go as far as to argue that makeup is good for your skin. My sister suggested me to use Dermology acne solution it is also an effective acne cream. I have really seen the change in my skin. So it's a must try! Black or mixed skin is particularly sensitive to seasonal changes, so it needs to apply the rightest and best skincare routine. If you have black skin, you must notice that your skin is often dry and uncomfortable in winter, while very greasy and growing acne in summer. Consequently, you should adapt your care products and skin care way accordingly. Blackhead Remover

It depends on the make-up. If you have oily or acne-prone skin then you should choose a foundation which is oil-free. Check the label carefully for the term oil-free. I personally find that my Foundation keeps my skin less oily and therefore causes less blemishes. I usually wear Revlon ColorStay Foundation. This particular Foundation actually has an SPF number so it works as Daily Sun protection also.

Some skin and hair care products can cause acne. To help prevent and control acne flare-ups, take good care of your skin. For example, use a mild soap or cleanser to gently wash your face twice a day. Choose "non-comedogenic" make-up and hair care products. This means that they don't close up the pores.
