F28 is a communication error which usually means there is a connection that has come loose.Check the wires on the control board.

I checked as many wires as I could , however , the screws on the cicuit board holder are very , very tinny and require a hex ( new screw heads ) , is there any wires on the board itself or are the multiwire plugin's the only wires to check . All the plugins are seated properly . I havn't filpped the machine over to have a good look at the motor wires , but checked all the ones I could get at and are connected .
