I have a RCI 2970N2 Transreceiver and would like to have the schematic diagram, so that I can repair and/or adjust this transreceiver as needed. Can you please tell me where I can obtain or purchase such a diagram.

Adjust for 100% modulation. Use modulation meter or oscilloscope with RF sampler.
* if you are not in the range of your sevice provider,usually cell will show "no signal"
*may be your phone is affecting from the transreceiver(receiver that detect range) of your phone.
If it's a blutooth mouse, you have to co into the control panel and turn blutooth on. If you don't have it, you can download it from your computer manufacturers website. Get the correct blutooth stack for your machine.
