Hi, its seems like the belt on the motor has either slipped or just needs to be tightened more, best way to find out is open the front cover showing the motor, step on the treadmill and see what happens. if the motor is still spinning and the belt isnt then its the belt, check the tension if it is loose just tighten the belt. if the belt and motor are fine then its the running belt that needs to be tightened, to check this just put your hand under the belt and try lifting it, if you can easily lift its 2 0r 3 inches then its ok, but if you can lift it alot more this will need to be tightened, hope i have helped.

My dryer seems slow up or stop then starts up again. Would that be the fuse?

Sounds like the belt is slipping, does it start slipping immediately? Try it without any clothes in it, it is definitely NOT a fuse.

Squeeky fan belt noise after driving a little

It sounds as if the belt is dry. Belts dry out after a certain amount of time and then start to make chirping noises. If the belt is not badly cracked, you can try using a belt lubricant spray. These sprays usually only last for a short period of time, though.

You may need to check the belts on your car's power steering section. Make sure the belts are tight and not worn out. Check for cracks on the belt and if loose, tighten it. There is also a product called Automotive belt dressing that you can spray on the belt to make it stick more easily to the pulley it is supposed to turn.

2) Test the input voltage motor, if there are voltage, the motor need repair.

Car starts then stops immediately, think its timing belt

if it was a timing belt it wouldn't start at all, and this car doesn't have a timing belt. these cars have had alot of fuel pump, ignition switch, and security issues it will either need to be diagnosed by a trained tech, or yourself if you have a scantool and manual
