f your Samsung handset has a security code or phone lock on it follow these steps to disable the code. NOTE: This code is not used for Subsidy unlocks, Application Locks or PUK (PIN) code lock outs. Call Customer care for these. A phone lock or security code on most Samsung handsets can be overridden by performing a full reset on the device. This will set the security codes on the handset back to the default eight zero's (00000000).
