How do i send a video through hotmail? none of my videos are long, a little over a minute, they are of my daughters cheeleading. every time i try to send one it says its too big

They are probably high quality, high resolution, which would make them bigger than a low quality or resolution video clip with the same running time. There are many format convertors for video, some of which have dedicated YouTube or iPod modes to convert videos to formats and sizes acceptable to low-bandwidth applications. You can find lots of these for free download on the internet, try www.download.com. One I have used is called ConvertVid.
