Hope so you're doing well, the distance unit from miles to kilometers on the Life Fitness Club Series+ treadmill, there are a few steps you can try before contacting Life Fitness support:
Warm reset: Press the CLEAR key twice, and then hold down the ENTER key. The treadmill should perform a "warm" reset and beep three times, indicating that the USER MENU has been activated. After the reset, check if you can access the distance unit setting.
Manual access: Alternatively, you can try holding down the ENTER key while turning on the treadmill. The message "USER MENU" should appear, and after a second, the MESSAGE CENTER will display the first menu item. Navigate through the menu options using the appropriate keys until you find the distance unit setting.

Unplug the unit to reset the console and then plug it back in. Do this multiple times if console error message still appears. 2)if the problem persist :Please refer to the User Menu section of the manual.
To Get to the manager and check for disabled items. To enter the Systems Options Menu: 1. Press SELECT WORKOUT. 2. Touch the Life Fitness logo in the upper right hand corner of the screen three consecutive times go to configuration Configuration Allows authorized personnel to access all configurable settings of the unit. Configurations which should only be changed by qualified technicians are password protected. If the walking belt has shifted to the left, use the Allen wrench to turn the left rear roller bolt clockwise 1/2 of a turn; if the walking belt has shifted to the right, turn the left rear roller bolt counterclockwise 1/2 of a turn. Be careful not to overtighten the walking belt. Plug in the power cord, insert the key, and run the treadmill for a few minutes. Repeat until the walking
belt is centred.
Unplug the treadmill . Remove front cover. On the right hand side if you are facing the front - in the siderail is a white switch that tells the treadmill it is all the way down. Check that it is in place and clean.
If you plug the treadmill in.{Do not touch any thing in the motor compartment} When you press start it should go all the way down [home] to contact the switch. You can also see the lit motor turn at this time before the belt will move it must be all the way down.
