If you are unable to increase your resolution, it means that your graphics card drivers are out of date. Download the latest off the internet. I do recommend installing a graphics card, as it will increase performance, making your computer more responsive.

Cant get a full screen

You may need to change the screen resolution.
Go to Control Panel - Display - Settings tab - in Screen resolution, move the slider to 1024 x 768 and Apply.
If you cannot increase the screen resolution then most likely the incorrect video driver has been installed. Install the correct video driver and you will be able to increase the screen resolution.

Check your grahics card to make sure it supports higher resolutions. It may be that you have it already set to highest supported by your video card. Hope this helps.

We have relisys TL735S and altho connected to pc cant see how to reduce print so we can see everything on screen and the tool bar at bottom of monitor.

If you have a button if the front of the monitor that automatic sets the best resolution, press it, if not, rightclick anywhere on your monitor, select preferences and change the settings there
The recomended resolution for your monitor is 1280 x 1024, thats also the highest resolution your monitor suports. Start whit the resolution 1024 x 768 and set the mgz to 70. I think that should do it for you.

Good luck

Not working 1024 by 768 pixels resolution

reduce the number of colors until you can get a resolution that works the monitor cant handle the number of colors and the number of lines of resolution this is a common problem with older monitors.
